The Tamil Nadu Retired College Teachers Association (TANRECTA) Chennai chapter held its annual function to felicitate octogenarians in the city on Saturday.
According to a press release, 20 octogenarians were felicitated. Retired joint director of Collegiate Education (Planning and Development) R. Ravanan spoke about the role of teachers and the functioning of TANRECTA.
