Tiruchi Corporation has undertaken 23 projects across the city under the Namakku Naame scheme, aimed at encouraging public participation in the creation of civic assets.
The scheme focuses on improving basic amenities with contributions from both the civic body and the public. The projects undertaken across different wards, include road improvements, installation of drinking water pipelines, sewage connections, construction of stormwater drains, beautification works, installation of surveillance cameras, and development of public infrastructure.
