Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd., conducted its annual pre-monsoon inspection of its network in Karnataka, Goa and Maharashtra on Tuesday and Wednesday to review the preparedness and assess the readiness of infrastructure and safety systems ahead of the rainy season.
KRCL Chairman and Managing Director Santosh Kumar Jha led the inspection along with directors and other senior officials from various departments, who reviewed vulnerable locations, ongoing maintenance works and safety arrangements to ensure safe and reliable train operations during the monsoon months.
