‘Vrusshabha’: Mohanlal’s action epic gets a release date

The makers of Vrusshabha, starring Mohanlal, have announced the release date of the movie. Directed by Kannada filmmaker Nanda Kishore, the movie is bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banners Balaji Telefilms and AVS Studios.

Production houses Connekkt Media, Abhishek Vyas Studios and Aashirvad Cinemas are also associated with the movie. The makers had recently released a teaser for the movie. The pan-Indian film will hit the screens on November 06, 2025.

The movie is set in multiple time periods and Mohanlal is set to play a king in the big-budget movie. Vrusshabha is touted to be an action-heavy drama.

Samarjit Lankesh, Ragini Dwivedi, Nayan Sarika and Neha Saxena are the other actors in the movie. The film will release in Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.

Vrusshabha is the fourth release of Mohanlal in 2025. The actor’s three films, Hridayapoorvam, Empuraan and Thudarum emerged as blockbusters.
