When asked about her love language, Janhvi didn’t hold back: “Just a lot of affection, take me out to eat. I’d love to make a meal for you, make me laugh. I think a lot of humor.” True to her Piscean nature, she admitted she’s a dreamer — “I don’t live on this planet, unfortunately,” she quipped, adding that she’s been told Pisceans don’t get along with Aries, though most of her close friends belong to that sign.

The actress revealed that she landed in Paris just a day before the show. Battling jet lag, she found comfort in the city’s famed delicacies: “I’ve been stuffing my face with croissants,” she laughed. Her favorite French word? “Très chic,” though she confessed to being amused by how the French pronounce “W” — “Oublay-doo-bluh-vay. I always thought that was super cute, so I keep repeating it in my French class.”

When asked what she was listening to while getting ready for the event, Janhvi’s response was pure comedy gold: “Just the sound of my team panicking because we were running late.” As for her go-to comfort food, she revealed a mix of moods and cuisines — “Spaghetti, but I’m moody. Back home there’s this thing called malpua and rabdi, I’m a sucker for that.”

And while most people struggle with mispronunciations abroad, Janhvi finds the French version of her name endearing. “They call me Jean-Vierre, which sounds like January in French. I think it sounds pretty.”

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor was recently seen in Param Sundari, Homebound, and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Up next, she will be seen alongside Ram Charan in Peddi — her first Telugu film, which has already created immense buzz.

With her quick wit, relatable answers, and down-to-earth charm, Janhvi Kapoor once again proved why she continues to be one of the most refreshing young voices in Indian cinema — effortlessly “très chic” in every sense.
