Let’s get this out of the way — no one could ever be as funny or charming as Lucille Ball or Desi Arnaz, and Being the Ricardos, a biopic about the making of I Love Lucy, inevitably suffers from the comparison. But Nicole Kidman delivers an incredible portrayal of the iconic comedienne, while Javier Bardem captures the charisma and complexity of her husband, the singer and producer who helped shape her career.
Volume has never been a problem for Amazon Prime Video, which has a wide selection of films across all genres, including drama movies. Quality, however, remains an ongoing issue.
