Power supply will be affected in some parts of Mangaluru and surrounding areas on Wednesday.
Power supply will be affected between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. in areas fed by 11 kV Kulur, Chilmibi, Marakada and Kunjathabail feeders, including Gandhinagara, Shanthinagara, Maladi, Panjimogaru, Rayikatte, Kulur, Kottara, Malemar, Bangrakulur, Mullakkad, Marakada, Kunjathabail and surrounding areas.
Power supply will be affected in entire Moodbidri taluk between 9.30 am and 6 pm.
Areas fed by 11 kV Sooterpete, Yekkuru New, Kadekar, Valencia, Jeppu Market, Mahakalipadpu, Gorigudda and Bajal feeders will not get power supply from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The affected areas include Fisheries College, Sooterpete, Nandigudda, Jeppu-Majila, Mlihithlu, Bolara, Jeppu Patna, Jeppinamogaru, Mahakalipadpu, Morgan’s Gate, Kadekar, Tandolige, Bajal, Yekkur, Gorigudda, Pumpwell and surrounding areas.
Intemittent supply
Power supply will be intermittent in Surathkal and surrounding areas on Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., as Mangalore Electricity Supply Company will be inspecting the 33 kV power line.
The areas affected include Surathkal, Kaana, Katla, Tadambail, Munchuru, Chelairu, Madhya, all blocks of Krishnapura, Chokkabettu, Kuthettur, Soorinje, Shibaroor, Baala, Mangalapete and surrounding areas.
