Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Sreeleela and Atlee launched the new 8-minute-long ad film of Ching’s Secret, called Agent Ching Attacks, at a multiplex in Mumbai. Ranveer appeared in front of the media after a long time and as expected, he rocked the show in his trademark style. He took the cake when he expressed his love for Bobby Deol.
Agent Ching Attacks ad launch: Ranveer Singh hails “hot and spicy” Bobby Deol and his attire: “Hum sudhar gaye, Bobby sir bigad gaye”; remarks, “It’s undoubtedly the Lord Bobby RENAISSANCE Era and I am all here for it!”
Refering to Bobby Deol as the “fine gentleman on my left”, Ranveer Singh began by asking the press, “Bobby sir ke look ke baare mein kya khayal hai aapka? Isn’t he looking hot and spicy?”
He added, “Bobby sir ko dekho. Hum sudhar gaye, Bobby sir bigad gaye! Itna lohe pel rahe hai ki sleeves ka naam-o-nishan nahin hai. Jahan dekho, wahan Bobby sir dole-shole dikh rahe hai! I love it, Bobby sir. I am all here for it.”
He then stated, “What a great honour it is for me to be collaborating with him. I am a 90s baby and it’s no secret that I have grown up on 90s Hindi movies. They are all my heroes. People say, ‘Tu toh aisa sab ko bolta hai’. But that’s fact. I have grown up on Hindi movies from the 90s. So, all the heroes from the Hindi movies of the 90s are my heroes. I have had the great privilege of working with so many of them like Anil Kapoor, Govinda, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar. And now, I worked with Bobby sir whose first film I went to see in the theatre.”
Ranveer Singh sang a song from Bobby Deol’s debut film Barsaat (1995), “Teri adaon pe marta hoon,” and asked the journalists to croon the rest of the line. Ranveer then sang “Tujhse bichaadne se darti hoon” in female voice and it brought the house down.
He remarked, “Everyone today talks about Animal (2023) and The Ba***ds Of Bollywood (2025), which has become one of the biggest streaming shows of all time. I saw it before you all knew it that Bobby sir was onto something when I saw Love Hostel (2022). If you haven’t, you should catch it! See how he expresses just through his eyes!”
He finished by saying, “Its undoubtedly the Lord Bobby Renaissance Era and I am all here for it!”
