Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu expressed hope that the government would attract $500 billion in three years and generate employment to 50 lakh youth, and announced that the process of opening escrow accounts for paying out incentives would begin soon.
Besides, he said the government would give sovereign guarantees that might be needed by the industries.

Delivering the keynote address at the inaugural session of the CII Partnership Summit-2025 in Visakhapatnam on Friday (November 14, 2025), Mr. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh (A.P.) could attract investments amounting to $20 billion in 18 months and it brought in the required policies to mobilise more of them in the coming years with poverty eradication and employment generation as the underlying objectives.
He said Andhra Pradesh was gifted with natural resources and its long coastline made it the gateway for investments in diverse sectors.
“Visakhapatnam was poised to emerge as a preferred destination for IT companies,” he said, and offered land for the construction of a world class convention centre by the India Trade Promotion Organisation in the port city. The proposed facility would be on the lines of BharatMandapam in New Delhi.

Mr. Naidu said the State Government adopted Speed of Doing Business as a catalyst to attract, and efforts were under way to develop electronics, aerospace, space, semi-conductor and defence corridors.
He insisted that Andhra Pradesh has certain advantages which other States don’t have, and there were abundant opportunities in deep tech, tourism and logistics and health sectors.
