Aurobindo Pharma arm sets up subsidiary in Chile


Aurobindo Pharma, through a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary, has incorporated a company in Chile to expand the pharmaceutical products business in the Latin American country.

Eugia Pharma B.V, the wholly owned stepdown subsidiary, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary Eugia Pharma Chile SpA in Chile with a initial subscription to the share capital of Chilean Peso 1,000,000 ($1,050) divided into 100 shares.

Last month, Aurobindo Pharma had set up a subsidiary in Malta through subsidiary CuraTeQ Biologics B.V. with the objective of expanding pharmaceutical products business.
