The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hyderabad branch office conducted a search and seizure operation at a cable wire manufacturing unit located in Cherlapally Industrial Area on Monday for violations of the BIS Act, 2016.
During the raid, officials found over 200 boxes of PVC insulated electrical cables and wires of various brands stored and offered for sale with fake ISI mark.
