BJP national general secretary (organisation) B.L. Santhosh and party in-charge for the Union Territory Nirmal Kumar Surana will be holding key meetings with party office-bearers on Friday as part of its preparations for next year’s Assembly polls in Puducherry.
The meeting to be held at the party headquarters near Indira Gandhi statue will be attended by Home Minister A. Namassivayam, party president V. P Ramalingam, legislators and office-bearers.
In April itself, the BJP Central leadership had appointed Union Ministers Mansukh Mandaviya and Arjun Ram Meghwal as in-charge for the 2026 election and had entrusted election-related works to the leaders.
