An awareness programme highlighting higher education and career opportunities in Germany was conducted at BroadMind Study Abroad Consultants.
According to a press release issued on Sunday, the programme was conducted with a special focus on Corporation school students learning German.
The event aimed to create early awareness among students about global education pathways, skill-oriented learning and international career prospects.
Understanding the growing importance of Germany as a study and employment destination for Indian students, the Commissioner of Madurai Corporation, Chitra Vijayan, had taken a key initiative to introduce German language courses for the high school students.
As part of this initiative, BroadMind Study Abroad Consultants, in association with the Madurai Corporation, has been offering structured German language training to Corporation school students.
Malaimathi from the Madurai Corporation Education Department said that students should explore global learning opportunities and skill development.
Delegates from German universities visited BroadMind during the event and interacted with students from Madurai Corporation schools who are currently learning German.
The students were awarded certificates at the German Education Fair.
Narender Reddy, Regional Director – International Business Development, University of Applied Sciences Europe (UE), Germany, and Jaison D’Cruz, Senior Business Development Manager, Arden University, Berlin, addressed the gathering.
