The Anna Salai police have filed a case against Congress MLA S. Rajakumar for verbally abusing and assaulting a traffic police officer. Prabhakaran, the traffic constable, was confronted by Mr. Rajakumar and his supporters when he ordered the MLA’s parked car to be moved. The incident took place in front of Spencer Plaza on Anna Salai on Saturday.
