Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Gwen Blames EJ
On Monday, October 27th, we’ve got Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) talking to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). They are up at the Spectator office, I believe, and it looks like they’re discussing some concerns that Leo has, maybe about EJ DiMera‘s (Dan Feuerriegel) secret lab that Leo is trying to poke into. They may also talk about Tesoro some of Chad’s issues as well.
EJ issues an order to Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), and I wonder if he’s going to tell her to keep her former bestie, Leo, away from the construction area at the hospital. Of course, Gwen is glad that Leo was poking around down there because he’s the one who got her out. So, Gwen actually needs to clean up this mess. Now, she blames it on EJ for leaving her down there when the power outage happened.
However, you know, EJ’s not going to take the blame for it. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) tells Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) that he is sorry on Monday. And I think it’s about Chad dumping her because Brady’s daughter Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) went blabbing to Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) about her masquerading as Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller).
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Sarah Blasts Philip
Maggie is bickering with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and she threatens him. Maggie says she will see him in prison for beating Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), but Xander says if she does that, Philip’s going to go down, too. And that means things are about to get ugly at Titan and with the Kiriakis family. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) confronts Philip about lying about the beating, and I think he’s going to refuse to turn on Xander no matter what Sarah says or what Maggie threatens.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander’s Fury and Sarah’s Rage Room Therapy
Tuesday, October 28th, we’ve got Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) offering Xander advice. Obviously, he’s going to go to her. He’s very frustrated and, you know, tells her that he did come clean. He told the truth about the Philip incident and Sarah dumped him. So, I suspect Dr. Marlena is going to tell Xander to stick with his anger management program, give Sarah time to calm down, and just show her through his deeds that Xander is a changed man and that that incident with Philip doesn’t define him.
Brady takes Sarah out on a little date/outing, brings her to a rage room to cut loose, and boy does she really let it out. She is busting things up, venting her frustrations about Xander. EJ updates Cat and she’s a little troubled by what he says. So, I wonder if this is EJ talking about hiring her brother Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) and her being worried because her brother is out on parole and Cat knows that EJ is up to some illegal shenanigans.
Theo Carver (Tyler Andrews) confronts JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) again and I wonder if Theo is going to rage about JJ still being a gun-carrying cop and tell him he should turn in his weapon. Remember, Theo also went to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) and basically tried to get JJ fired. Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain) and Chad talk at the Spectator and Jennifer encourages Chad. I think that she’s telling him to stay split up with Cat and Jen can also tell Chad that Thomas will come around but only if Cat is not lurking around in his life.
Character Shake-Ups and Fan Reactions: Theo’s Controversial Return
Wednesday, October 29th on Days of Our Lives, we’ve got JJ giving good news to Jada and he may tell her that he’s going to stay as a cop despite Theo. Or you never know, maybe JJ and Theo buried the hatchet. I doubt it. I am really not enjoying this rewritten version of Theo’s character. He wasn’t like this the last time that he was in Salem. And since the shooting, JJ and Theo’s relationship has evolved a whole lot.
And now they’re just forgetting all that and dialing it back. It’s like a retcon. I’ve seen a lot of people commenting here and on soap social media. A lot of people are not liking this version of Theo’s character and what they’re doing with him. Speaking of, he warns Paulina Price (Jackee Harry). So Theo may be talking to her about Abe Carver (James Reynolds) mentoring his high school bully Liam.
Or about Paulina and Abe’s disagreement about Theo taking over as CEO of the newly recovered DiMera Enterprises. Hank Northrup makes his debut as Liam and of course he’s the son of Wayne Northrup who used to play Roman Brady (now Josh Taylor). So Liam is meeting with Abe about the mentoring program for literacy that Liam has to participate in as a condition of.
I don’t know if it’s parole or as part of his plea bargain for his arrest for car theft I believe. So Abe meets with Liam up at the bookstore and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) is there as well. Stephanie wants answers from Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan). He has none because he didn’t tell Leo that she is really Anastasia Sands.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) is not comfortable and tells Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) about it. So Steve may be just a little skeeved out about reading the dirty book that Stephanie wrote. I find that pretty icky. Or it may be that Steve’s bothered because Jeremy’s back in Salem and they know he hurt their baby girl several years ago.
November Sweeps Kick Off: Stephanie’s Past, Johnny’s Support, and a Mysterious Favor
Thursday, October 30th on Days of Our Lives is the first day of November Sweeps. We’ve got Stephanie telling Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) about an incident from the past. Maybe something abusive that Jeremy did to her. Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is there to support Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), who is feeling very down and like she and Johnny will never have a family.
EJ needs Cat to do him a favor, and it may have to do with Leo’s poking and prodding. Amy’s feeling down and Jeremy gives her a boost, which is kind of random. Also, this week, Leo talks to Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) about whether he is Toro’s biological father or not.
Halloween Drama in Salem: An Unmasking, a Missing DiMera, and Adoption Woes
Friday, October 31st, Johnny and Chanel are let down. Sounds like a bad update about the adoption status. Maybe because Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is catatonic in Bayview and cannot admit to the bad things she did trying to target the adoption. Alex warns Jeremy and he may tell him never go near Stephanie again. Never talk to her again or else.
Cat has some info for Leo. I wonder if she’s going to feed him some false info from EJ. Stephanie is unmasked. It looks like the PR book signing event to reveal her as Anastasia Sands. And EJ is stunned when he gets a call this week telling him that his brother Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) is missing. We’ll see if that’s a real thing or not.
Explosive November Sweeps Continue: A Knife Attack and Paternity Results
The week of November 3rd through 7th is the first full week of November sweeps. And we’ve got some spooky stuff happening in Salem Town Square. The day of Stephanie’s book signing, which happens to be on Halloween. There’s a knife attack. And I wonder if this is some kind of staged drama for the mystery book launch that she wrote, or is it one of those one-off Halloween episodes where people die and then it’s just somebody’s bad dream or something?
Aaron should be getting paternity test results soon. I expect Jeremy to ignore Alex’s warning about Stephanie. Leo may find himself in hot water for poking around at the lab and trespassing. EJ, Cat, and Stephanie continue to plan the Dr. Tom Horton (Zach Chyz) Free Clinic Gala grand opening celebration later in November, which coincides with the anniversary of the soap. And Theo and Liam will see each other. And I wonder if he’s still going to try to bully Theo.
Casting News: Thomas DiMera Recast and Jeremy’s Romantic Prospects
Jeremy’s on a dating app now. So I wonder which bachelorette catches his eye. Could it be Gwen whose husband is missing or Cat who got dumped? Plus Thomas DiMera was recast. Actor Christopher Cary has wrapped filming at Days of Our Lives and that was months ago. His final air date hasn’t happened yet but should be soon, and recast Thomas will debut in April 2026.
