The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025, a housing scheme for serving and retired government employees, offering a 25% price concession on Narela DDA flats.
Under the scheme, a total of 1,168 residential units comprising 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats are being offered in Pocket-9, Sector A1 to A4, Narela. The housing cluster is located near the Urban Extension Road-II and GT Karnal Road, and along the proposed Rithala–Narela–Kundli metro corridor.
Present and former employees of the central and State governments, public sector undertakings, public sector banks, autonomous and local bodies, and government universities are eligible for the scheme. Notably, unlike earlier DDA housing schemes, applicants already owning property or land in Delhi or elsewhere are also permitted.
After the discount, 1 BHK flats are priced between ₹34.03 lakh and ₹34.28 lakh, 2 BHK units between ₹79.81 lakh and ₹88.16 lakh, and 3 BHK homes between ₹114.57 lakh and ₹127.11 lakh.
A registration fee of ₹2,500 is mandatory, along with booking amounts of ₹50,000 for 1 BHK, ₹4 lakh for 2 BHK, and ₹10 lakh for 3 BHK units.
Registrations will open on December 19, through the DDA Aawas Portal, while flat bookings will commence from January 14, 2026. The scheme will remain open until March 31, 2026.
