The registrations for Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) housing project in Karkardooma will begin on October 31, as per a statement issued on Friday.
Located next to the Karkardooma interchange metro station, the project offers direct connectivity to the Blue and Pink lines of the Delhi Metro, as well as to major roads such as the NH-9 and the NH-24.
The 2BHK flats, priced between ₹1.78 crore and ₹3.09 crore, are expected to be ready for possession by July 2026. The towers, at a height of 155 metres and 48 storeys, will be the tallest residential buildings in the Capital.
