Deepinder Goyal
In a major board-level reshuffle, Deepinder Goyal has been appointed as the vice chairman & director on the board of Eternal Ltd. (Formerly Zomato Ltd.) effective upon shareholders’ approval.
He had resigned as the director, MD and CEO of the company. The board has accepted his resignation effective close of business hours on February 1.
The board also recommended and approved the appointment of Albinder Singh Dhindsa (currently, CEO-Blinkit) as chief executive officer and key managerial personnel of the company w.e.f. February 01.
