To issue ‘through train tickets’
Recently, after receiving the darshan from the Tirupati temple, I returned from Tirupati to Srivilliputtur via Madurai by train. At the Tirupati station ticket counter, I requested an ‘unreserved through ticket’ from Tirupati to Srivilliputtur via Madurai, as there is no direct train between these two destinations. However, my request was refused, and I was issued a ticket only up to Madurai. As a result, I had to purchase tickets twice, which increases the overall fare. Considering the economic burden on ordinary people, I urge the authorities to take the necessary steps to address this issue.

To maintain public lavatory
The free public lavatory built near the head office of the Arulmigu Dhandayuthapani Swami in Palani has been improperly maintained. The lavatories are dirty and unhygienic. One of the doors of these toilets remains damaged. Only small mugs have been placed in the lavatories. As the Kandha shasti festival is around the corner, which attracts lakhs of devotees, the authorities of HR&CE must take steps to replace the broken door, put big plastic buckets in place in every lavatory and maintain them properly as soon as possible.

Name boards on NH
Dindigul district attracts people from many States and countries due to the presence of famous spots like the Dhandayuthapani Temple in Palani and the Kodaikanal and so on. The district administration should put up display boards in multiple languages (other than Tamil, English and Hindi) as it helps the people to reach their destination properly. This also solves the need for explaining the directions by other motorists to the visitors. Will the highways authorities take note of this and do the needful?
