The electricity supply will be disrupted on December 11 in various villages in Yadgir district due to quarterly operation and maintenance at a substation.
In a Gescom release issued on Tuesday, the quarterly operation and maintenance will be carried out from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on December 11 at the 110/33/11 kV substation in Khanapur limits. Thus, there will be a disruption in the electricity supply at the 110/33/11 kV substation in Wadagera, Kadarapur, Thanagundi, Naikal, Gaddesugur, Ullesugur, Bendebembali, Tumkur, Konkal, Bilhar, Talak and Hedagimadri villages.
The residents of these villages and surrounding tandas are appealed to expend cooperation, the release added.
