General Hospital 2-week spoilers for December 1-12, 2025 reveal Sidwell (Carlo Rota) strikes a new target and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) being really tempted.
General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Gets Massive Shock
On Monday, December 1st, we’ve got Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) absolutely stunned. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) may be brought in for questioning in Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison)’s shooting, and the PCPD might actually knock at the Ashford’s door on Thanksgiving. Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) is with Trina when she asks what she just heard someone say. She may overhear something about her parents or perhaps about the cops coming to question her dad, Curtis.
Plus, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) reassures Curtis they both have a lot to be thankful for. It sounds like Jordan scored some time with Curtis on Thanksgiving, but of course, we know Trina has vowed to shut that down. Curtis is hosting Thanksgiving at the house, and his dad Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) is in town. He’s taking a break from the tour and asks where Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and the rest of the family are. Trina says her mom is working at GH, and Curtis may not like Trina covering up and trying to help hide his split from her mom.
GH Spoilers: Nathan Tracks Down Curtis
Over at General Hospital, Portia asks why Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) is there on Thanksgiving, so he may have taken a shift to spend the holiday with Portia. Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) goes looking for a suspect, and it may be Curtis he’s bringing in for questioning. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) looks like she’s encouraging Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to walk out on the turkey day wedding.
I definitely think Nina wants Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) to pull a runaway bride part two. Drew tells Willow it’s their wedding day and it’ll be perfect. I don’t know about that, but Willow does walk down the aisle. She may in fact say “I do” to Drew because she feels like she has no other choice. Elsewhere, the Quartermaine family is celebrating Thanksgiving with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) planning to cook, even though Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) warned it will be an unmitigated disaster and that Chase is tempting fate.
As we know, the Quartermaines never get a turkey. If Chase pulls one out of the oven, Outback might steal it. Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is stunned to see who’s at the door of the Quartermaine mansion. It could be Grandpa Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) there because Brook Lynn is very happy to have her dad Ned home this week. Looks like the cardiac crisis is over, at least for now.
General Hospital Spoilers for Tuesday, December 2nd: Michael’s Temptation and Willow’s Choice
On Tuesday, December 2nd, we’ve got Brook Lynn supporting Gio. This may be about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) blaming their son Gio for Rocco Falceroni’s (Finn Frances Carr)’s arrest. Michael is really tempted by an offer on Tuesday. It could be from Drew because if he and Willow get hitched, of course, Drew thinks that’ll look really good in custody court. Maybe Drew will make him an offer for joint custody so he won’t face an attempted murder charge.
Willow makes her choice. This may be when we see if she says “I do” to Drew or if she bails again. Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) gets a happy surprise, and it may be that the charges against her grandson Rocco are dropped since the main witness Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard) has gone MIA. Something has Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brayden Bruner) determined, and it may be about Dalton or what Drew did to Ned.
Mid-Week Drama: Laura’s Secret and Curtis’s Alibi for December 3rd
Wednesday, December 3rd, we’ve got Laura opening up about something. I wonder if she’s going to tell somebody about Dalton’s corpse being found in her trunk. Now, she knows she can trust Jordan who is working for Sidwell, who as we know is the one who put said corpse in her trunk. That’s the ultimate junk in your trunk thing.
Somebody gets some tough love from Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) on Wednesday, and it may be Dante about the heat that he’s putting on Gio for the Rocco arrest. Nina is quite distressed, so that’s a scary red flag that Willow might have actually married Drew. Plus, Curtis reveals something on Wednesday. He may have some concrete alibi that we haven’t seen yet. If you remember, the day that Drew was shot, Curtis was over at Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house. And they were discussing Drew coming after him and Portia.
Curtis did say he would do anything to protect his family, the same thing he repeated last week to his aunt Stella Henry (Vernee Watson). Of course, we don’t know his exact location when Drew was shot. General Hospital implied that Curtis was with Alexis at the time, and if they weren’t together, that makes them both suspects. Emma and Gio take action, and it looks like they’re plotting again.

General Hospital Weekly Spoilers: December 4th & 5th
On Thursday, December 4th, we’ve got Sidwell flexing his power. Who is he taking aim at? It may be about Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and demanding that she make progress before she faces the same fate that Dalton did. It could be about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), could be about anybody. Somebody gets some reassurance from Jordan, and it may be Curtis again, but it could be Laura if Jordan is the one that she tells about Dalton being dead in her trunk.
Britt tries to drink away her problems on Thursday. There are a lot of problems: the Sidwell issue, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) issues, Rocco issues, her Huntington’s disease… the list is long. Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is upset by something. And it may involve Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Jason offers some wisdom, so it may be to a drunk Britt.
On Friday, December 5th, we’ve got Kai there supporting Trina. They may have found out that the PCPD is looking at her parents or that Portia is pregnant. Laura is haunted, obviously by dead Dalton, and Sonny’s cornered—could be by Sidwell. Jason is there to support Britt, and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) wants to make amends, probably with her brother Lucas Jones (Van Hansis).
GH Spoilers for December 8-12: Divorce, Revenge, and New Alliances
In the week of December 8th through the 12th, we’ve got Trina grappling with a new reality. Her parents are getting divorced, which she already knows. What she doesn’t know yet is that her mom’s pregnant, maybe by another dude. Plus, both her parents may be on the PCPD’s radar, so she really needs Kai. Curtis keeps getting closer to Jordan. And Portia’s fling with Isaiah is outed soon. We’ve got “who’s the daddy” questions, and when those crop up, that should have Curtis all in with Jordan.
Britt starts to trust Jason. He’s really got to prove himself to Britt, who is scared and spiraling. Laura continues to struggle with her Dalton secret. Drew is plotting revenge against Curtis, Michael, and others. However, Drew is going to be the target of some revenge efforts soon. Curtis and Portia may both have to give up their alibis. Chase is on top of this and is consulting with Alexis, who knows from Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) that Portia has a very strong motive to have shot Drew.
Qs Vow Revenge on General Hospital
We’re going to see various Quartermaines wanting revenge on Drew for leaving Ned to die and also for hijacking the truck of heirlooms that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) packed up. We’re going to have fallout from the Willow wedding. Either way, whether they say “I do” or “I don’t,” there is going to be fallout.
If she said “I do” to Drew, well, you know he’s ready to drop that fake testimony to bury Michael. Even if Willow gets custody of the kids, I could still see Drew dropping that fake dime on Michael just because Drew is hateful. Britt is terrified. And it may take a toll on her health. Stress is not good for Huntington’s at all. Gio, BLQ, and Ned do some bonding, but Dante is on the outs.
I’m sure Brook Lynn is going to advocate for Dante, but his anger at Gio over the Rocco incident is a dealbreaker. Plus, Gio actually agrees with the things his dad has said and told Sonny the other day that he doesn’t think Dante wants to be his dad anymore.
