General Hospital two-week spoilers for December 29th through January 9th, 2026 find Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) making demands and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) issuing a dire warning.
We’ve also got some rerun information for you on the holidays. This will be week one, we’ve got two, and then the following week, we have a full week of episodes. Again, all brand-new.
General Hospital Monday Spoilers: Tense Confrontations and Hidden Secrets
On Monday, December 29th, we’ve got Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) getting some new intel from Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). She tells Laura she found something that could give her what she wants. I do wonder if Jordan can get those photos of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Laura, and Hank Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) corpse away from her boss, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota).
Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) tells Sonny there’s no gray areas, but he says, “Don’t say never.” I wonder if this is about trying to get Justine to stop pursuing Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) since the Rocco Falceroni (Finn Frances Carr) case is over. Sonny didn’t want Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) pressing for this and keeping the kids from Willow, so maybe he’s working from Justine’s end. Maybe it’s something else.
General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers: Tracy Warns Michael
Michael and Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) hang out with Tracy at the Quartermaine Mansion on Monday, and she and Jacinda seem to be getting along quite nicely. But then when she’s alone with Michael, Tracy has a warning. She tells Michael he cannot leave Jacinda in the dark and that it’s not fair.
I’m guessing it’s about Michael’s dodgy alibi that Jacinda provided since he was right there at Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison)’s house that night. She doesn’t really know the extent of what she’s risking by giving false testimony. Meanwhile, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) tells Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) there might be another way forward, and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) has some advice.
General Spoilers: Scout Confides in Willow
Maybe it’s to Willow about Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante). We know he hates Drew. Or maybe it’s the Davis ladies he’s giving advice to since Cody seems to be an honorary Davis chick at this point, watching rom-coms with them.
Willow uncovers a secret from Scout because Willow is driving her stepdaughter back from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn)’s place and they are having a tense conversation on Monday. Scout tells Willow she spent time with her brother, Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Drew would flip if he knew this. So hopefully, Willow keeps Scout’s secret.
Meanwhile, Sidwell tells Drew that Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) allegations are a problem. If Drew gets kicked out of Congress, they are done. Remember the last time that somebody let Sidwell down? That was Hank Dalton, and he got a bullet and was shot in cold blood in the living room. Maybe Drew should be careful. Then Willow walks in, interrupts, and asks what she missed because she’s a little late for the party.
Tuesday Spoilers: Major Decisions and Potential Romance in Port Charles
Tuesday, December 30th, we’ve got Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) making a commitment as she’s talking to Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup). It may be something about Portia, who is on her list right now, or her dad, Curtis, and his girlfriend, Jordan. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) wants to celebrate her birthday with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Britt’s last birthday in Port Charles was when she died in Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati)’s arms. By the way, Britt’s birthday is December 31st. She died on an episode on January 4th after an attack by Heather Webber (Alley Mills) when she saved Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) after her bday party. Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) bonds with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) on Tuesday.
Ryan Paevey said that he likes the idea of a Lulu and Nathan romance, but he doesn’t know if General Hospital is going to go there or not. He’s just waiting on those scripts. Curtis and Jordan make a decision about something. I wonder if they’re going to take their romance public and if Curtis is going to go ahead and press forward with a divorce now that he knows Portia was sleeping with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). But to be fair, Portia and Curtis were broken up at that point. He’s just being Curtis.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) reassures Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) on Tuesday. She may worry that Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) will slip up and say something about Valentin hiding out in Carly’s attic, but I think Valentin is going to tell Carly that of anybody in town, it won’t be Charlotte to run her mouth. That kid is a pro. She was on the run with her dad for quite some time and is good at keeping secrets.
New Year’s Eve Repeat of GH
On Wednesday, December 31st, New Year’s Eve, we have a rerun of last year’s December 27th episode. That was when Valentin caught Charlotte with Lulu at the coffee shop in Prague. That was when Charlotte and Valentin were on the run, but Lulu figured out where Charlotte was. Also, in that episode, Michael asked Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) to represent him if it came to a divorce with Willow. He wanted to work it out even though she was already cheating with Drew.
We also found out Ace Cassadine (Karis & Kieran Barry) was the heir to the Cassadine fortune, and Josslyn was asking Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) for help finding footage of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer)’s stabbing in the park. Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) decided to stay in Port Charles and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) said she had to live with her as a condition of staying. Jason also told Anna about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) following Lulu to Prague to find Charlotte, and Anna worried they were all in danger.

Special Tribute to General Hospital Legend Anthony Geary
Then on Thursday, January 1st, we’re going to kick off 2026 with a very special encore episode. General Hospital is honoring Anthony Geary and his recent passing by re-airing his final episode when Tony retired. This was Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary)’s farewell in 2015.
Luke said goodbye to Lulu—that was Emme Rylan back in the role at the time—and Luke left a sweet letter for Lulu to deliver to Laura. Tony Geary’s final scene was with Maurice Benard, a changing of the guard type thing. Luke told Sonny to take care of Port Charles and then Luke walked off into the fog, got on a boat, and never looked back.
I do expect to need my tissues for this one as a reminder of the talented Tony Geary, who we lost in December. It was a surprising and tragic loss as he succumbed to complications following a planned and routine surgery.
Friday Spoilers: Sonny’s Warning and Alexis’s New Legal Strategy
Then on Friday, January 2nd, we’ve got our first new episode of the new year with Sonny warning Michael about something. This may be about Willow’s trial and some of the stunts that Michael’s up to.
Alexis gets busy on a new strategy. Now that she knows Michael was at Drew’s house the time he was shot and that Tracy covered for him, Alexis has to find a way to prove that Tracy, Michael, and Jacinda are all lying on the stand.
Dante and Justine confer. I’m sure it’s about Willow’s trial and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) going against the department. I’m still waiting on that security footage because Michael has to be on it somewhere.
Laura gets some new orders, likely from Sidwell. Hopefully Jordan can help get her out of this mess. Something stuns Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi); Alexis may tell her that her brother Michael was at Drew’s the night she was shot and that Tracy and Jacinda are covering for him.
General Hospital Week Two: Deception and Dangerous New Plots
Then on January 5th through 9th, we have a full week of new episodes. Willow’s case takes a big turn, and Michael, Jacinda, and Tracy may be in hot water soon for their lies. Plus, Dante’s going to look really bad if Michael becomes the top suspect. That could lead to Chase getting back on duty with his badge and Dante being suspended.
Sidwell’s got big plans to use deception to bring in illegal goods, and Port Charles may be about to get way more dangerous than when Sonny owned the piers. Jason’s busy working to clone Britt’s medication to get her free from Sidwell, and I do wonder if he will enlist Brad to help.
Chase remains on suspension with no regrets, but still working to exonerate Willow. We’ll see more on Anna soon. Is it really Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) or maybe Peter August (Wes Ramsey)? Do the GH writers even know who the mystery boss is? At first they said “she,” then they said “he,” and I feel like they’re just throwing darts.
Brennan lets Britt know that he’s the one who got her doctor license back and can get it taken away. Brennan has some leverage and he wants Faison’s cold fusion research from Britt. Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and Britt’s hijinks continue. Carly’s desperate to take out Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), but her plotting with Valentin has stalled. Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is still not ready to forgive Dante, and it’s time for Portia’s DNA test.
