General Hospital 2-week spoilers for Sept 22 – Oct 03, 2025 bring Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) freaking out, Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) sister making her debut, and so much more!
General Hospital Spoilers: Secrets and Shocking Returns
On Monday, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is sorting through old photos of Monica reminiscing about her sharp style. The doorbell rings incessantly. And when Tracy finally answers, she’s met by Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), someone she clearly dislikes. Despite Lucy’s insistence on speaking with Tracy, she slams the door in Lucy’s face – a move that’s become a habit for Tracy.
Meanwhile, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) learns what Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is up to. Brook Lynn asserts that if a Quartermaine created a rule, another Quartermaine can change it, possibly referencing a Quartermaine “no dog” policy that might be affecting Cody’s affection for his puppy.
Nathan West Return Rocks General Hospital
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) receives some shocking information and, as many fans now know, Ryan Paevey is indeed back as Nathan West. Anna informs Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) that Nathan’s return must be kept a secret while they investigate.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) receive upsetting news, likely concerning Monica’s death and its impact on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson). Sonny struggles to offer comfort, and Carly insists on honesty between them.
General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Gets a Shock
They remain worried about Michael and Drew Cain Quartermaine’s (Cameron Mathison) recent shooting. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is at General Hospital, in tears, speaking with Anna. It’s possible Anna contacted Nina to reveal her adoptive brother is alive, a revelation that would surely shock Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Britt.
Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) confides in her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), about her feelings for Cody. Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) visits Britt urging her to make peace for Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Frances Carr) sake. Something rattles Britt during her shift in the ER, leading to speculation about whether she might encounter Nathan who was previously taken there.
Spoilers for General Hospital: Legal Maneuvers and Family Guilt
Drew issues new instructions, possibly to his lawyer, Martin Gray (Michael E Knight), who is also at the hospital. Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) is back at work, and Martin seems to have conceded to Drew’s demands to reinstate her and halt the investigation.
Martin then makes a clandestine phone call, potentially informing Monica’s sister, Ronnie (Erika Slezak’s character), of Monica’s death. Lulu searches for Tracy, likely to offer condolences for Monica’s passing. Britt is consumed by guilt, and questions arise about whether she knew Nathan was being held captive and experimented on.
Anna and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) catch up, with Nathan’s return being particularly significant for Felicia, as he is the father of her grandson, James West (Gary James Fuller), who has never met him and is currently dealing with his mother, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), being in a coma.

General Hospital Spoilers: Family Ties and Risky Decisions
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has an intense conversation with her father, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). And later questions Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). This leads to speculation about whether Trina noticed a closeness between Curtis and Jordan. Tracy makes a risky move, while Felicia remains deeply concerned about her grandson James and Nathan’s return.
The family faces the difficult task of deciding how and what to tell James about his father, especially with Maxie incapacitated. Brook Lynn and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) share a heart-to-heart, likely about Monica and Tracy, and Brook Lynn may be the one to inform Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) of Monica’s death.
Thursday, September 25th: Funeral Services and Mother-Daughter Drama
Monica’s two-day funeral begins, promising to be an emotional event filled with flashbacks and memories. Rena Sofer returns as Lois Cerillo forcing Brook Lynn to confront her estranged mother. The sudden loss of Monica might be the catalyst for Brook Lynn to reconcile with Lois. The funeral continues on Friday. And a surprise guest, possibly Erika Slezak’s character Ronnie, shakes up Monica’s memorial.
Week of September 29th – October 3rd: Estate Wars and Lingering Questions
The following week delves deeper into Monica’s sister, Ronnie’s, arrival. She claims ownership of the Quartermaine estate, much to Tracy’s fierce opposition. Tracy is determined to have the estate pass to Michael and his children and plans to hire Marco Rios (Adrian Anchando) to represent her, while Ronnie will likely enlist Martin.
News of Nathan’s unexpected return spreads, following Britt’s own surprising reappearance. Many are shaken by these developments. Britt, aware of who is responsible for Nathan’s situation, has yet to reveal this information. Jason and Britt find comfort in each other. It’s suspected Britt may have known Nathan was alive but was unable to help due to being held captive herself.
Jason mourns his mother. And Drew struggles with Monica’s death, despite her not being his biological mother. The PCPD continues investigating the shooting of Drew and the murder of Judge Heran (Tessa Auberjonois). Michael may face challenges with his alibi, as a paid escort is not ideal, especially during a custody hearing.
Nina is overjoyed by Nathan’s return, a double blow for her and a stunned Liesl. In casting news, Jonathan Jackson is back on the General Hospital set, filming scenes as Lucky Spencer. Speculation is rife about his return for November sweeps and the reasons behind it.
