Chief Justice of the Madras High Court Manindra Mohan Shrivastava on Saturday urged practitioners of law to conscientiously avoid unnecessary delays in legal proceedings.
“Timely resolution of cases is vital to ensure that justice is accessible and effective. Delays erode public confidence in the legal system and can cause genuine harm to the parties involved in the litigation,” he said, addressing graduates at the 15th convocation of the Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University.
