Actor Harshvardhan Rane recently took to his Instagram stories and shared a candid post that has sparked speculation among fans and industry observers. In his message, he wrote, “Being taken lightly fuels me, I am now used to being underestimated.” While the post carries his usual philosophical undertone, many are reading between the lines, wondering if he is indirectly referring to the lesser number of screens being given to his upcoming Diwali release Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat.
Harshvardhan Rane hints at the screen sharing issue of Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat?
The actor added, “This same phenomenon occurred in February 2025, and now it’s happening again!” This has led to speculation that he might be referring to the re-release of his 2016 romantic drama Sanam Teri Kasam in February 2025, which reportedly faced the same issue on the first day slightly.
Fans are connecting the dots and suggesting that Harshvardhan may now be hinting at a similar situation with his upcoming film Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat.
Despite this, Harshvardhan remains undeterred. He wrote, “But I believe in the power of romance, resilience and public’s verdict, I will continue marching ahead with this faith… love, Harsh.” His message reflects his enduring optimism as it seems he hasn’t given up on hope.
Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat will be clashing at the box office with Maddock Films’ Thamma during Diwali on October 21.
