Jimmy Presnell Discusses His $10K Hair Transplant Journey

Love Is Blind’s Jimmy Presnell shared exactly how much he spent on his hair transplant.

In a recent TikTok video, Jimmy, 29, got candid about his hair transplant while answering a fan’s question.

“Will you ever make a video for cost and follow up costs throughout the process?” a fan asked, to which Jimmy replied, “I mentioned I decided to stay in the States for my procedure, which typically is a little bit more expensive to do.”

Jimmy, who went to Solve Clinics Med Spa in Chicago, added that he paid “roughly $5 per graft” for “over 2,000” grafts, setting him back “roughly” between $10,000 and $11,000 in total.

Jimmy said that he did consider traveling to Turkey to get his transplant, which many people do for the lower cost. While the price would have been around $3,000 to $5,000 — including flights and hotels — he would not have been able to have a follow-up chat with his surgeon or have an ongoing consultation.

“They pretty much just send you home after the surgery. Yeah, you don’t really have any type of relationship,” he elaborated, adding that he’s been seeing his doctor every “two months” for follow-up appointments.

Throughout his hair transplant journey, Jimmy has kept his followers updated. Just one day after, Jimmy shared that he felt swollen but wasn’t in pain.

Along with a new hairline, Jimmy also got composite bonding done to his front teeth to “elongate” his smile in March and used Invisalign to further straighten his teeth.
