Kat Stickler hinted at her romance with John Mayer by wearing his official merchandise and eating donuts in bed — and fans didn’t hesitate in pointing it out.
Eagle-eyed fans recently noticed that Stickler, 31, subtly showed support for Mayer, 48, and his brand after posting an Instagram Story earlier this month.
In the picture, shared via DeuxMoi’s Instagram page on Friday, November 28, Stickler wore Mayer’s “Life With John Mayer Baby Blue Sweatpants” from his official website.
The comedian also gave a nod to Mayer’s love of donuts while lounging in the sweats next to a box of the sweet treats on a bed. (Mayer is known for his “Donut Sundays,” which is a tradition he implemented on tour.)
Stickler’s social media post came more than one month after Us Weekly confirmed that she and Mayer are dating after crossing paths online.
“John sought her out and pursued her,” a source exclusively told Us on October 13. “Kat just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months and thought it would be fun to date again, and was interested in John.”
The insider noted that the “Your Body is a Wonderland” singer’s relationship with Stickler is “still very new” but the pair have been out together on several occasions.
“He has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her often,” the source added. “She is interested and seeing where it goes.”

While the insider told Us that Stickler “doesn’t think this will be a serious relationship,” the source said she is “having fun” with the musician.
Neither Stickler nor Mayer have publicly confirmed their relationship status but Us Weekly has reached out for comment.
The twosome have continued to spend time together amid their casual romance, including another NYC sighting earlier this month.
Mayer was spotted with Stickler on November 1 at NYC’s Torrisi, according to DeuxMoi.
The next day, the “Gravity” singer was seen in Manhattan’s West Village with longtime friend Andy Cohen and a woman who appeared to be Stickler, per a TikTok video.
Stickler’s budding relationship with Mayer comes after she confirmed in October that she was fresh off a breakup following a romance with a “mystery man” that began over the summer.
Stickler gave fans a glimpse at her elusive boyfriend in July after splitting from Bachelor Nation’s Jason Tartick in October 2024. (Kat was married to Mike Stickler — with whom she shares daughter MK — prior to her romance with Tartick.)
“Girl whose whole life is online,” Kat wrote via an Instagram video in July showing her shaking the hand of her new man before the camera panned to his torso. “Guy whose whole life is private.”
Over the next few months, the influencer gave her followers a few more looks at her boyfriend, but never shared details about his identity.
Shortly after she was spotted with Mayer in early October, Kat confirmed she and the mystery man had broken up. She joked via an October 14 social media video that her new haircut — a bob — was a “tell-tale sign of a relationship gone bad.”
“When a haircut is never JUST a haircut,” Kat captioned the video. “Chopped the hair, kept the peace.”
Mayer, for his part, has had many high-profile romances, including relationships with Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston.
His most-recent public relationship was with Katy Perry, whom he dated on and off from 2012 to 2015.
Two years after their split, Mayer revealed that his song called “Still Feel Like Your Man” was about Perry, 41.
“Who else would I be thinking about?” Mayer told The New York Times at the time. “And by the way, it’s a testament to the fact that I have not dated a lot of people in the last five, six years. That was my only relationship. So it’s like, give me this, people.”
