The Lalbagh flower show, themed around the life and works of renowned Kannada writer K.P. Poornachandra Tejaswi, drew a massive crowd on Sunday, with a total of 68,496 visitors. Of these, 44,275 were adults, 10,176 were children, and 2,045 were school students.
M. Jagadeesh, Additional Director of Horticulture, Lalbagh, said the floral exhibition generated ₹31.40 lakh in revenue.
On Sunday, the Horticulture Department also inaugurated the Ikebana and Allied Arts Exhibition, showcasing creative floral arrangements, bonsai displays, and allied horticultural arts.
