Adult content creator Lily Phillips is getting candid about the plastic surgery procedures she has undergone — and their price tags.
“Today I’m going to be doing a surgery tour. I don’t think I’ve really spoken in depth about all the surgeries I’ve had done,” Phillips said in a YouTube video earlier this month. “There has been quite a few.”
The OnlyFans star explained that the first surgery she underwent was a labiaplasty in 2021, describing the procedure as “a cosmetic surgical procedure that reshapes or reduces the size of the labia, specifically the labia minora.”
“So basically, you’ve got your outer lips – the big fat ones that are a bit juicy — and then the inner ones. Basically, I had one that was hanging out — well, they were both hanging out — but one was a lot longer than the other, it was really uneven. I hated the look of it,” she said. “It’s sad because it’s so natural and a lot of people have it but it’s just personal preference.”

Phillips revealed that the procedure cost her 5,000 pounds, which is about $6,700. She called the surgery the “best” she has ever had. “Best decision I ever made,” she said. “I loved it.”
While Phillips noted that she couldn’t share before-and-after photos via YouTube, she said the result “looks good.” The OnlyFans star shared that the surgery took about an hour.
“I think they suggested that I don’t have sex for a month, but I think I started doing that after about two weeks and it was totally fine. Like, I had no problems with it,” she said.
After her labiaplasty, Phillips shared that she had a chin implant and liposuction. She noted that the chin implant was to help with “the project and my side profile.”

“Obviously, a lot of people tend to get chin filler, and I got that for a few years but it would dissolve or it would migrate,” she said, noting that the doctor suggested she receive a chin implant and sharing it was a “whopping 14,000 pounds” — roughly $18,900.
Phillips noted that the “only problem” she encountered was “quite a lot of swelling,” adding, “It kind of froze my jaw for a bit. I don’t know really how to explain it.”
In 2024, Phillips underwent liposuction and noted that the surgery “did take quite a bit of time to settle.” The adult content creator shared that she wanted an “ab sketching look” to define her stomach while also taking fat out of her lower back.
“It was just the first surgery that I had done though that was quite painful,” she said. “I did struggle a little bit with the recovery.”

Phillips revealed that she paid about 12,000 pounds, roughly $16,000, and is now “fairly happy” with the results despite not being content initially.
“My only problem is there was a slight unevenness,” she shared. “I don’t know if it’s just because it’s me and so I notice on myself. I’m sure when other people look at it, they don’t really see it, but there are little patches of fat still.”
Her last and most recent surgery? A BBL.
“With this, because I got the fat out [of] my legs, it does sometimes look a little bit uneven,” she noted. “It just looks like I got a huge butt and smaller legs. So I wish, kind of, I had a little bit less fat in to be honest.”

Phillips shared that the recovery was “so much fun” and she felt “no pain” during it. “Laid on my front, I was eating so much food. I was watching so many TV shows,” she said. “It was so much fun for me. This is bad because this is when surgeries get a bit addictive because I do really enjoy the healing process.”
The adult content creator noted that the cost was “only 14,000 pounds,” about $18,900.
“I say that like, ‘Only 14,000 pounds.’ But I think for a BBL, that’s not that much money,” she explained. “I can’t actually quite remember. I think 14,000 pounds.”
After undergoing the procedures, Phillips noted that the surgeries “don’t fix anything inside.” All in all, however, Phillips said there are a “couple tweaks” she would like to make in the future — but she doesn’t want to “keep touching my body too much.”
“Obviously there are a lot of future surgeries that I would want,” she said. “It’s every other week I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe, I should get that done. Maybe I need to get my boobs done.’ But the one thing I am really set on getting done is actually toe surgery.”
Phillips explained that she has “longest toes” and wants them to be shortened. “I know some people are going to think that’s really extreme,” she said, “but it’s just something I’ve always hated throughout my whole entire life. These feet have been the bane of my existence.”
