More than a decade after launching train services, Chennai Metro Rail has taken the first step towards improving walkability in and around the stations in the 54-km phase I network.
Chennai Metro Rail will shortly begin a detailed study to spruce up the pedestrian infrastructure in and around the 41 stations dotting the phase I network.
