Chennai Metrowater will hold grievance redressal meetings in all its area offices across the city on Saturday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to facilitate residents register complaints.
A press release said such meetings are held every second Saturday of the month. Residents may raise complaints related to water supply, sewage disposal and pending new water, sewer connections. They may also seek clarifications on water, sewer tax and charges and steps to maintain rainwater harvesting structures. Superintending engineers would chair these meetings.
