CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) chief scientist M. Ram Mohan has been elected Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences (NASI) for his outstanding research contributions in the field of Archean Geodynamics and crustal evolution. His work has provided significant insights into the processes governing early earth crustal development and understanding the geological evolution. Mr. Mohan is also a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the National Geoscience Award, said a press release on Thursday.
