Patrick J. Adams and Troian Bellisario are proud girl parents — times three.
“I have three daughters now,” Adams, 44, said in a Friday, March 13, social media clip of The Drew Barrymore Show, revealing that Bellisario, 40, gave birth to another baby girl earlier this year.
Adams and Bellisario welcomed daughters Aurora and Elliot in October 2018 and May 2021, respectively. The Pretty Little Liars alum announced in November 2025 that she was expecting again. She gave birth in January.
“Tag. You’re it,” Adams captioned an Instagram pic of the newborn’s hand without revealing the name or sex.

While appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show, Adams opened up about life as a father of three.
“[She was born] about a month ago,” The Madison star quipped. “So, I don’t know where I am right now.”
Earlier this week, Adams also gushed to Entertainment Tonight that their family was “having a ball” with their new arrival.
“We’re in the one-month stage where it’s diapers and no sleep and a lot of love,” he told the outlet at The Madison premiere. “[There’s] a lot of cuddling and just, like, pure joy. There’s not a lot of sleep, that’s not on the docket at the moment.”
Adams continued, “I spent my whole life around women. I have two sisters, now three daughters and it’s a very particular kind of energy being a man in that environment. I think it prepared me perfectly to play this guy [on The Madison], who is surrounded by women who he’s just trying to figure out how to take care of, how to show up for — in an environment he has no idea how to exist in.”
Adams and Bellisario have been married since December 2016, first crossing paths on set in 2009.

“Troian broke up with me, and I didn’t want to break up,” Adams recalled to Popsugar in 2012 after they briefly went their separate ways one year earlier. “The next day, completely un-ironically, I got an audition for her show, for a very small part on her show. A part that, at that point in my career, I would not have typically gone out for, because it was like, one day of work, on Pretty Little Liars.”
Luckily for Adams, he rekindled his romance with Bellisario before popping the question in 2014. The couple wed two years later.
“You make every room you walk into light up, every face you meet smile and every heart you come across open wide,” Adams gushed of his wife in a 2020 Instagram post. “We’ve walked a lot of roads together and I’m grateful for every single one of them.”
