Madurai City Police Commissioner J. Loganathan distributed prizes and certificates to the winners of various competitions held in observance of the 37th National Road Safety Month here on Saturday.
In the preceding weeks, several art and literary competitions, including essay writing and drawing, were organised for students in government schools and colleges.
During the awards ceremony, the winning artworks were prominently displayed at the venue to showcase the students’ creativity and awareness.
