Entertainer and actor Raghav Juyal has revealed that he is constructing a five-storey mansion in his hometown, Dehradun, marking a major personal milestone in his journey from small-town dancer to celebrated Bollywood performer. The announcement came during a lively conversation on Farah Khan’s YouTube vlog, where Raghav appeared in a striking denim-on-denim outfit, accompanied by a bodyguard, which left Farah both surprised and delighted.

Farah playfully teased Raghav, saying, “Oh my God! This is what stardom looks like. You used to look like you were from Nala Sopara; now you’ve changed!” Raghav laughed and quipped back, “I’ve gone from Ulhasnagar to Las Vegas now!” The banter continued as he proudly disclosed his new real estate venture. “I’m building a huge house in Dehradun. It’s a five-storey building,” he shared, adding that once completed, he would invite Farah to shoot another video there. When Farah asked if he still lived on rent in Mumbai, Raghav responded confidently, “Not at all! I own a house here.”
During the fun conversation, Raghav also opened up about his early years and credited Farah Khan for helping him land his first acting audition. “Farah ma’am was the one who referred me to casting director Anmol Ahuja for Satte Pe Satta. That film didn’t happen, but it opened all the doors for me,” he recalled, to which Farah jokingly responded, “Picture toh bani nahi, par tu nikal pada!”
Raghav, who gained stardom with his Dance India Dance audition under his stage name “Crockroaxz,” has since evolved into a versatile artist. Having appeared in popular dance films like ABCD 2 and Street Dancer 3D, he recently earned praise for his performances in Kill and the web series The Ba***ds of Bollywood.
Now, as he builds his dream home nestled in the hills of Dehradun, the project stands as a reflection of his growth, humility, and deep connection to his roots, symbolizing how far perseverance can take a small-town dreamer in the entertainment industry.
