The Sabari Airport Action Committee on Wednesday organised a march to the Pathanamthitta District Collectorate urging the district administration to explore the High Court’s suggestion to establish the proposed Sabari Airport on the government-owned Kodumon plantation.
The march was inaugurated by Thomas Muttuveli Corepiscopa. Varghese Perayil, president of the committee, presided.
The committee emphasised that establishing the airport at Kodumon would fulfil both legal directives and regional development objectives, calling on the administration to act promptly on the High Court’s suggestion.
