Veteran photojournalist M. Vidyasagar (63)

Senior photojournalist M. Vidyasagar (63) passed away on Monday (January 19, 2026). A veteran with over 30 years service in various media organisations, Vidyasagar complained of chest pain in the morning and was rushed to a hospital in Suraram where doctors declared him brought dead. Vidyasagar is survived by two daughters and one son. He retired as a senior photojournalist from Namasthe Telangana newspaper, and earlier worked with Ushodayam, Indian Express, AP Times, Hindi Milap, and Vaartha. Telangana State Photojournalists Association president A. Gangadhar and general secretary K.N. Hari and others offered floral tributes and met the bereaved family.
