ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – St. Louis police are searching for victims after a video surfaced of a man intentionally throwing fireworks into crowds.
Police say they were notified of the video on social media. They say it appears the man was near The Wheelhouse and on Washington Avenue when he set off fireworks into a crowd. Police say the man was also a passenger in a vehicle and tossed a firework at a vehicle at an intersection.
Police have begun a bomb and arson investigation into the video. Anyone who was injured or believes they were a victim in this incident is asked to contact police at (314) 444-5380.
