A 19-year-old undergraduate student was killed in a road accident at Pathimangalam near Kunnamangalam in Kozhikode district on Wednesday (November 19, 2025). The victim was identified as Vafa Fathima, a resident of Balussery. Police sources said her scooter was knocked down by a speeding van.
Though she was rushed to Government Medical College Hospital, Kozhikode, she reportedly succumbed to her injuries on the way. She met with the accident while she was on her way to take an examination at Providence Women’s College, Kozhikode.
