The Korukkupet police on Sunday arrested three men for allegedly assaulting a sub-inspector and a constable when they went to intervene at a drunken brawl near a TASMAC outlet.
Police sources said the incident took place on M.S. Naidu Street where local residents reported a dispute among three men under the influence of alcohol to the police control room.
