The Prohibition Enforcement Wing (PEW) of the Avadi City Police has arrested R. Kumar, 37 and V. Jayaraman, 25 of Theni district for allegedly smuggling ganja from Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh and selling it in Red Hills, Manali, Athipet, and Ennore. They were intercepted near Red Hills and 15 kg of ganja was seized from them.
